Using the website
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate order information. You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract or have the necessary authorization. Do not interfere with the site, misuse another person's information or attempt unauthorized access.
Products and design illustrations
Read the written listing before ordering. Images created for the collection are generated design illustrations and are not verification of a physical sample, material, dimensions, certification or stock. Screen colors can vary. Background objects are not included unless the listing expressly says so. If a detail is essential, contact us before ordering.
Prices and payment
Prices and shipping charges are in USD. Taxes and shipping applicable to your order are displayed at checkout. Discounts follow their stated conditions. We may correct a genuine pricing or listing error; if it affects an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, including cancellation and refund where required.
Orders and availability
An order acknowledgement confirms receipt, not unconditional acceptance. We may need to verify payment or clarify information. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you about an appropriate resolution. We do not represent an administrative inventory quantity as an independently audited warehouse count.
Changes, shipping and returns
Read Order Changes & Cancellations, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Standard planning consists of 5–10 business days of preparation plus 10–15 business days of carrier transport. Requests for changes depend on order stage and require confirmation.
Safe and appropriate use
