Where do you sell?
Our intended sales destination is the United States, with prices and shipping charges in USD. Checkout determines whether your address is eligible.
How long does a standard order take?
Preparation is 5–10 business days after order/payment confirmation and receipt of needed information. Standard carrier transport is another 10–15 business days after dispatch. The combined standard planning window is 15–25 business days, not 10–15 days from purchase.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $5.99 below a $50 discounted merchandise subtotal and free at $50 or more. Expedited shipping is $7.99 where offered. Expedited service does not carry an unconfirmed guaranteed delivery date.
Are the images photographs of verified inventory?
No. Collection images are generated design illustrations. Refer to the written listing for what is offered; background props are not included unless specified. Images do not verify material, dimensions or stock.
How do I choose a brush?

Can I return an order?
Request a return by email within 30 days of delivery. Eligibility, return shipping responsibility and the process are explained in the Return & Refund Policy.
How do I track a parcel?
Use the tracking link supplied in your dispatch notice when available. Contact service@dawnvexa.com with your order number if you need help; this site does not offer a separate live tracking widget.
Can I change my order?
Email promptly. Changes depend on the preparation and dispatch stage and are not effective until confirmed.
